Warranty and Exchange Policy

Purchase Policy

- The product will be posted within 02 (two) business days after payment confirmation for parts in stock. For made-to-order products, the production time is up to 30 (thirty) business days.

- After shipping, delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery chosen (PAC, Sedex or Sedex 10)

Warranty Policies

- All Juliana Toledo Lines pieces are developed and produced within a strict commitment to quality. Based on the Consumer Protection Code, fashion accessories are considered semi-durable products and fall within the legal period of 90 days of warranty from the date of purchase of the product, however the Juliana Toledo Lines warranty policy is valid for 1 (one ) year from the date of acquisition.

- This warranty covers manufacturing defects (which may go unnoticed despite our total quality control and processes), of parts purchased from the Juliana Toledo Lines online store.

- Within the conditions of the warranty valid by our technical team, the product must be repaired or, if repair is impossible, replaced with another equal or of the same value.

- It is worth remembering that it is extremely important to keep the Certificate and/or Invoice together with the part, as the absence of a document proving the date of acquisition will result in a charge for repair services for the part.

Exchange and returns

Deadline for exchange/return - The request for exchange or return must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

- Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Return Request

- If you don't like the product or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it for any other part on the website that is available in stock.

- All exchanges must be communicated in advance via email: contato@julianatoledolines.com

- Products will not be accepted without this prior communication.

- As soon as your contact is received, we will send a posting authorization valid for 5 calendar days.

- Simply deliver the product properly packaged to a post office, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

Product Conditions
- Used products will not be accepted.
- Stained or perfumed products will not be accepted
.- Products that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted.
- The product must be intact and with the exchange label attached to the part.
- Products must be returned with the original invoice.

Return or Exchange due to product defect

- All our products are reviewed by Quality Control.
- The work involved in executing and assembling our pieces is handcrafted.
- If you purchase a defective product, simply follow the instructions above and deliver the product within 7 (seven) days from reporting the defect.

If the specified conditions are followed, an exchange of the product will be provided.

- For an equal (if available)
- For another product with the same value or that can be completed by the customer
- For the same product after repairing the defect. In this case, Juliana Toledo Lines will have 30 days to develop the same product in perfect condition for the customer.

Precautions
- All merchandise must be checked upon delivery.
- Refuse products in opened packaging.
